  • 1 teaspoon anchovies (found near the canned tuna in the supermarket) or paste works too
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
