  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • ⅓ cup slivered almonds or pepitas (green pumpkin seeds)
  • 2 steamed beets
  • 1 medium-to-large carrot (or 1 additional medium beet), peeled
  • 2 cups packed baby spinach, baby arugula, or spring mix, roughly chopped
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1/4 cup goat or feta cheese
  • sprinkle with your favorite Clean Genes microgreens
