Our microgreens are loving all their new growing space and we can tell with the beautiful color and flavor. We’ve been boosting our immune systems with these tiny shoots that are jam-packed with nutrition!

Most varieties are rich in vitamins C, Vitamin A, vitamin D, potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, copper, etc. They also contain beneficial antioxidants and contain up to 40 times more of their nutrient profile than if they were fully mature…so a little bit goes a long way.

Our family loves to pop them on eggs/omelets in the morning, sandwiches/wraps, crackers with cream cheese for a snack, pizza, tacos, nachos, soup, smoothies, and salads. They each have their own unique flavors and they are fabulous to add to any snack or meal.
