It’s peach season here in the south and I happened to come upon some delicious peaches at the farmer’s market. That meant mama needed to make up a new smoothie with peaches!

I love eating very ripe peaches just by themselves or blended in a cold smoothie. When I got home with my fresh bounty of peaches, I ate some and I peeled and sliced some, then placed in a ziplock bag to freeze.

After about 3 hours in the freezer, I knew they’d be perfect for a peachy green smoothie that I could pop some salad mix microgreens into…cuz we gotta get our greens in!

Here’s the recipe…if you don’t have fresh peaches, you can usually find in the freezer section of any grocery store.

1/4 Cup Clean Genes Salad Mix microgreens
