Tokyo Bekana Asian Cabbage Microgreen (1.5 oz)

Micro Cabbage, otherwise known as Chinese Cabbage/Tokyo Bekana, produces large, light green leaves and has a mild and earthy brassica flavor. Being denser than most micros, It is well suited for both raw and cooked applications such as sautéing, steaming, stir-frying, and of course a salad.

What's a microgreen?

Are tiny edible greens packed with intense flavor and nutrients.  They make a tasty addition to salads, sandwiches, and smoothies.  A wide range of vegetables and herbs can be grown as micros, from large-seeded peas and sunflowers and mild Asian greens and kales to spicy radishes and distinctly flavored herbs.  The possibilities are endless.
