Ingredients:

Raspberry basil vinaigrette

  • 6 oz fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 small shallot, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar or regular
  • 1 Tbsp fresh clean genes basil shoots
  • 6 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and puree.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
