
Ingredients:
Raspberry basil vinaigrette
- 6 oz fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small shallot, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar or regular
- 1 Tbsp fresh clean genes basil shoots
- 6 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and puree.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
