Clean Genes Farm MIld microgreen mix is a nice mix of broccoli, cabbage, and kale.  Awesome in salads, sandwiches or just eat those tiny greens by themselves.

What's a microgreen?

Are tiny edible greens packed with intense flavor and nutrients.  They make a tasty addition to salads, sandwiches, and smoothies.  A wide range of vegetables and herbs can be grown as micros, from large-seeded peas and sunflowers and mild Asian greens and kales to spicy radishes and distinctly flavored herbs.  The possibilities are endless.

Yummy and fresh! I feel so good eating them, knowing they are so nutritious! So far this winter, not even the sniffles and I attribute it to all these fresh greens!

Sometimes the lettuces wilt quickly, could be the way I’m storing it.

I love knowing that I can add so many extra nutrients just by adding a few of these to my salads, eggs, vegetables, whatever.

Haven’t ever had these before and loved them in salads. Will have to try some of the other ways to add to dishes.
