When the sunshine is bright, our little family loves sunshine smoothies…, especially with sunflower shoots!
If this sunshine smoothie sounds good to you, you’re in luck! This gem of a refresher is reminiscent of an orange julius from back in the day…only this one is way healthier. It’s got a whole lot of sunshine, citrus, and sunflower shoots.
This smoothie is sure to please.
Ingredients:
-3 bananas
-1 1/2 cup pineapple ( I use frozen)
-1 cup mangos (frozen)
-juice of 1 orange
-3/4 cup sunflower shoots
-1 cup coconut cream (or can of coconut milk)
-1 1/2 cup almond milk
-handful of ice cubes
Blend ingredients well in blender, and enjoy!
