Lately, I have been on a huge smoothie creating kick! This berry smoothie creation sure hit the spot for the whole family.

After I gave the hubby a sample of my berry sunny smoothie, all he could say was “this is so good.”…on repeat!
 
It has a variety of frozen berries and of course sunflower shoots. We grow them here at the farm, and they’re packed full of nutrition.
Sunflower shoots are loaded with vitamins and minerals, protein, and living enzymes that aid in digestion.
I love sitting outside when it’s sunny and just staring and slurping at nature’s beauty in a mason jar!

Berry Sunny Smoothie

Ingredients (single serving)
-1 large banana
-1 Cup frozen strawberries
-1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
-1/2 cup sunflower microgreens
-1/2 cup can coconut milk
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
-couple of ice cubes
*can also add scoop vanilla protein powder…I did and it was amazing:) If you don’t have any, just leave it out
 
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
